NOTICE TO THE MARKET Executive Board Change

Rio de Janeiro, March 2nd 2021 - Brazilian multinational Valid Soluções S.A. ("Company") (B³: VLID3 ON),

specializing in secure identification platforms, pursuant to Law 6,404 and CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby communicates to its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors approved Ilson Bressan, who will become an Executive Director, replacing Patricia Piñeiro who, as of March 31st, 2021, leaves her position as Director of Culture & People.

Mr. Bressan graduated in Foreign Trade from UNISINOS (RS), has an MBA in Marketing from ESPM and has more than 20 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales and Operations, in addition to experiences in the retail, pharmaceutical, food and public sector. Bressan has served as a non-executive director at Valid since May 2020 and will continue to be responsible for the company's commercial area.

As of April 1st, 2021, Ms. Daniela Belisario will take over as Director of Culture & People at Valid. Belisario graduated in Business Administration, has an MBA in Business Management from FGV and is certified in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal at Stanford University. Specialized in cultural development, she developed her career in different companies such as Itaú, Nubank and GE, among others. She actively participated in environments undergoing high digital transformation.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Patricia Piñeiro for her dedication and effort in this 13-year period with the Company, wishing her a prosperous future. We would also like to welcome Bressan and Daniela and wish them success in their new positions.
