		Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) consistently which the company will conduct a
		study of a new project after the investment in another project has been completed. In
		addition, the study of the aforementioned projects is still under the Memorandum of
		Understanding (MOU) period, which will expire on September 30, 2022 or there is a
		change in the deposit to invest with AIDC, the Company will report the progress
		accordingly.
2.	One company in	According to the Board of Directors meeting No. 11/2021 held on 29 October 2021 has
	Lao PDR	resolved to approve Parabolic Solar Power Company Limited, a subsidiary of the
		company, to invest in totaling 80 percent of the total issued and paid-up shares of ASIA
		ENERGY AND UTILITIES HOLDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED ("AEU"). AEU has key objective
		in holding 44 percent of the total issued and paid-up shares in Central Wind Power Joint
		Stock Company ("CWP") which is operating the Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant in
		Vietnam with capacity of 21 MW, located at Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province,
		Vietnam, in the total purchase price of USD 7.1 million or THB 236.05 million
		approximately, the payment conditions whereby the payment will be made in 2
		installments: USD 3.4 million in the completion date as the first installment, and USD 3.7
		million when the EIRR as specified by the company. Therefore, PSP needs to spend 3.4
		million US dollars or THB 111.70 million, and the company has negotiated a reduction of
		deposits in the coal-fired power plant project from USD 6.4 million. Remaining deposit of
		USD 3 million or THB 105 million approximately and deposit refund of USD 3.4 million on
		January 25, 2022.
		In this regard, the company continues to conduct feasibility studies of the coal-fired
		power plant project continuously. Moreover, the said study is still under the framework of
		a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which will expire on 25 August 2022 or there is a
		change in the deposit in any investment, the company will continue to report on its
		progress.
