TOHO Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of all types of food, from commercial foods to household foods to users. The Company operates through four business segments. The Distributor segment is engaged in the purchase of ingredients for the restaurant industry, as well as supply and sale of them to the restaurant industry. The Cash and Carry segment is engaged in the purchase of ingredients for the restaurant industry, as well as the cash sale of commercial food to small and medium-sized restaurant companies. The Food Supermarket segment is engaged in the purchase of food and miscellaneous goods, as well as the development of food supermarkets. The Food Solution segment is engaged in the provision of ASP, quality management services and other solutions, as well as the import, manufacture and sale of commercial cooking equipment, coffee machines, interior design and construction of restaurants.
