(the "Company") announced certain net sales results for the nine-week period ended January 2, 2021, in connection with its participation in the virtual ICR Conference 2021 to be held on January 11 and 12, 2021. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
