Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT, formerly known as TICON Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, is a real estate investment Trust (REIT) in Thailand. Its objective is to mobilize fund from sale of trust units to purchase or lease immovable property and make beneficially from such property. TICON Management Co.,Ltd. acts as REIT manager. BBL Asset Management Co.,Ltd. and Bangkok Bank PCL are appointed as trustee and financial advisor respectively. The management company initially invests in the freehold rights and sub leasehold rights of land together with warehouses of TICON Logistics Park Co.,Ltd., and freehold rights of land together with factories of TICON Industrial Connection PCL.
