Although we couldn't physically march in our local Pride Parade this past weekend, it did not stop us from celebrating virtually! The ScottsMiracle-Gro GroPride Team was proud to share our mission in our first virtual Pride Parade.
Throughout June, we've been celebrating Pride Month at ScottsMiracle-Gro. The GroPride Team provided fun opportunities for associates to engage with one another and learn more about the LGBTQA+ community, allyship and supporting equality for all humankind.
Supporting a workplace where our authentic selves can grow is just one more way we GroMoreGood.
[Link]GroPride provided Pride Party Packs for associates, who were encouraged to watch theStonewall Columbus Pride Parade live stream.And our GroPride Lunch & Learn discussed creating belonging at ScottsMiracle-Gro through allyship.
