Slovenian Sovereign Holding, d.d. (SSH) plans to examine the possibility for the sale of its 4.25% stake in Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (LJSE:TLSG) and 18.7% stake in tourist holding Sava Group in 2022, local media reported. The non-public part of the annual asset management plan of SSH envisages the examination of the sale of Telekom Slovenije and Sava Group, public broadcaster RTV reported on January 14, 2022. SSH also considers exploring the merger of tourism companies Terme Olimia d.d., Sava Turizem d.d. (LJSE:SHBR), Istrabenz Turizem, d.d., Thermana d.d., Adria Ankaran, HIT Alpinea d.d. and the tourist branch of Nova Gorica-based holding Hit into three subsidiaries active in coastal, alpine and spa tourism, RTV reported.

SSH plans to analyse Telekom Slovenije's operations to identify possible activities to increase the value for its shareholders, RTV also said.
