_INCORPORATION OF A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY
- NEXWAVE TECHNOLOGIES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED
_TeleChoice International Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NexWave Technologies Pte Ltd, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, NexWave Technologies Vietnam Company Limited ("NexWave Vietnam"), in Vietnam (the "Incorporation") on 23 May 2017.
The charter capital of NexWave Vietnam is VND4,500,000,000. The principal activities of NexWave Vietnam are to provide network engineering services including technical consultancy services, supply and installation of telecommunication, electrical and computerised equipment.
The Incorporation was funded by the Company's internal sources of funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Incorporation, other than through their respective shareholding interests in the Company.
