MATERIAL FACT

São Leopoldo, Wednesday, February 3, 2021 - Taurus Armas S.A., listed on Level 2 of B3 (Symbols: TASA3,

TASA4), in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended ("Brazilian Corporate Law"), and the regulations of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM"), in particular

the CVM Instruction No. 358, of January 3, 2002, would like to inform its shareholders and the market, that, on February 2, 2020, it has publicly signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IMBEL - Empresa Estratégica de Defesa (EED), aiming at working together to establish the technical and commercial bases for possible instruments in the future.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims at establishing for both parties the preliminary technical and commercial bases for the celebration of possible specific instruments in which the terms and conditions of execution shall be defined, aiming at the possible contracting of on-demand industrialization services (IPE) related to products and services in the IMBEL® portfolio, at the implementation and operation, either jointly or separately, of an Accreditation and Certification Body, at research, development and production activities for new products, and the joint marketing of products and services from both companies.

The initial term of the signed MoU shall consist of 5 (five) years, which may be successively extended for an equal period of time, provided that there is an express and written statement that must be formalized by means of a contractual amendment.

The celebration of this Memorandum of Understanding is another important in the process undertaken by Taurus towards technological development, especially when involving two Strategic Defense Companies (EED).

Taurus shall keep its shareholders and the market informed of any new information in relation to the topic addressed in this material fact.
