Svenska Nyttobostader AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company that operates as a residential property manager. The Company owns and manages properties with mainly square footage and climate-smart apartments for smaller households. The apartments are rented i.a. out to schools, healthcare and businesses. The vision is to fill a need for housing for smaller households at prices that everyone with income should be able to afford. The Company's portfolio consists entirely of surface- and climate-efficient homes. The majority are located a few minutes' walk from light rail traffic. All homes are newly built and the majority are equipped with a balcony or patio. The Company takes no construction or development risk.
