SONDA : Announces Payment of Interim Dividend Payable from September 5, 2016

This dividend will be taxable income for shareholders in their tax declarations dated April 2017. The shareholders certificates to support this income will be available at the end of the year at the National Custody Service (DCV).

The dividend will be paid on September 5, 2016 by check or promissory note. Shareholders officially registered at midnight on August 30, 2016 shall be entitled to the dividend.

Shareholders can send a written request to DCV Registros SA for the dividend to be deposited direct into a checking account or savings account, or for the check or promissory note to be sent to the address shown in the Shareholders Register by certified mail. In the absence of such a request, shareholders may collect the check or promissory note at any branch of Banco Crédito Inversiones (BCI) throughout Chile.

If the check or promissory note that DCV Registros SA had sent by mail is returned, as managers of SONDA's Shareholders' Register they are authorized to keep this document until it is collected or requested by the shareholder. The offices of DCV Registros S.A. are at 770 Huérfanos, Floor 22, Santiago Center, and are open to the public Monday to Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
