WE DON'T WANT TO STOP!
At Solaria, we are all committed to creating value in the development of all our activities and we know that sustainability and business ethics are a sure bet. Therefore, reinforcing our ESG strategy, we have decided to take another step towards corporate excellence.
We have renewed our anti-corruption policy, demonstrating zero tolerance for this type of practices, and implemented a new code of ethics for suppliers, ensuring that our supply chain respects and complies with our principles and commitments.
In addition, the management team has decided to become even more involved in the sustainability and ESG strategy, linking 15% of its variable remuneration to the achievement of the sustainable and ESG objectives established by the company.
Finally, the management team has signed 'malus' and 'clawback' clauses to avoid malpractice, ensuring compliance with the best ethical standards and good business behaviour.

Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente, S.A. specializes in the design, manufacturing, marketing and installation of renewable energy facilities. The activity is organized around 5 areas:
- production of electric energy;
- design and turnkey construction of solar power installations activity;
- installation and repair of solar, thermal, photovoltaic and wind systems ;
- sale of photovoltaic solar panels;
- installation and repair of plumbing, gas, electricity, cooling, heating and air conditioning systems.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Spain (87.3%), Italy (6.8%), Uruguay (2.3%), Portugal and Greece (1.4%) and other (2.2%).
