Nanchang Hongdu Real Estate Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Shanghai Lvtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Huitong Energy Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600605) on September 23, 2022. Shanghai Lvtai Rea has a total assets of CNY 1777 million and net assets of - CNY 14 million AS of June 30, 2022. The transaction has been approved by shareholders of Nanchang Hongdu and Shanghai Huitong and Board of Shanghai Huitong. The transaction is subject to approval of relevant laws and regulations.
