Savills : boosts lease consultancy team with appointment of new director for central London

Nick has more than 26 years' experience in the central London office sector specialising in lease advisory matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, surrender negotiations, strategic consultancy and portfolio management. He joins Savills from JLL where he was Head of West End lease advisory for 11 years and worked on a number of high profile transactions in conjunction with being an arbitrator on the RICS panel. Prior to JLL Nick headed the West End lease consultancy business at King Sturge.
At Savills Nick will work closely with the lease consultancy, agency and investment teams in both the West End and City office markets focusing on new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
