The not-for-profit organisation that specialises in delivering employability solutions across Britain has agreed to a new seven-year lease for 4,446 sq ft (413 sq m) on the second floor of the three storey building.

Fedcap Employment will join Tamarindo Group who took space on the third floor in 2020 following a comprehensive refurbishment of the building. As a result of this latest deal, there is just one floor remaining, circa 4,400 sq ft (410 sq m), which is available to let at a starting quoting rent of £2 per sq ft (£300 per sq m).

Jan Losch, associate director in the business space team at Savills Oxford, comments: "Following the complete renovation of the Loft, the building now offers modern flexible office space, which continues to appeal to Oxford's start-ups, as well as existing established firms looking for a modern working environment. Given the lack of new and refurbished stock elsewhere in the city, we anticipate considerable occupier interest in the last available floor."
