Business Summary

SalfaCorp SA is a Chile-based company primarily engaged in the construction sector. The Company's activities are divided into four business segments: Engineering and construction, which provides civil works, industrial equipment assembly, as well as mining services, such as earth movement, drilling and blasting; Residential real estate development, which offers design and construction of single and multifamily homes; Real estate development, which focuses on the land acquisition, subdivision and management, and Homebuilding, which is responsible for the development of housing projects. The Company operates in various countries, such as Chile, Colombia, Peru, Panama and China. The Company owns a number of subsidiaries, including Salfa Ingenieria y Construccion SA, Inmobiliaria Aconcagua SA, Geovita SA and Novatec SA, among others.
