Irish budget airline Ryanair Holdings PLC said Thursday that it and the British Airline Pilots' Association have reached an agreement on post-Covid pay restoration.

The airline--which expects to grow to 115% of pre-pandemic capacity this year--said the agreement will accelerate pay restoration and deliver increases to 2026.

"While the recovery from the impact of the pandemic is still ongoing and our industry faces significant challenges, this long-term agreement delivers stability, accelerated pay restoration, future pay increases and other benefit improvements for our U.K. pilots," Ryanair People Director Darrell Hughes said.

He added that the company continues to work with pilots and their unions on new deals. So far Ryanair has re-negotiated agreements with 70% of pilots, running until 2026 or 2027, Mr. Hughes said.
