Renault is one of the world's leading automobile constructors. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- sale of vehicles (93.6%): nearly 2.7 million passenger and commercial vehicles sold in 2021 (1.7 million under the Renault brand, 537,095 under the Dacia brand, 385,208 under the Lada brand, 57,480 under the Renault Samsung brand, 15,999 under the Jinbei & Huasong brand, 4,168 under the EVeasy brand, 2,659 under the Alpine brand and 183 under the AVTOVAZ brand);
- services (6.4%): financing services for vehicle sales (purchasing, renting, leasing, etc.; RCI Banque), related services (maintenance, warranty extension, assistance, etc.) and mobility services.
At the end of 2021, the group had 40 industrial sites and 133 points of sale worldwide.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (69.2%), Americas (7.4%), Asia/Pacific (5.8%), Africa/Middle East (3.4%) and other (14.2%).
