Quality Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund and a specific property fund. The primary objective of the Fund’s capital management is to maintain an appropriate capital structure in order to provide returns for unitholders in accordance with the Fund’s establishment objective. The Fund operates through single segment, namely rental of immovable properties. The Fund invests in three projects, including Centre Point Hotel Pratunam Project, Centre Point Hotel Sukhumvit 10 Project and Centre Point Hotel Chidlom Project. The Fund is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Management Company), and its trustee is CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited.
