The Company also provides management related consultancy services to its subsidiaries. The Company’s business segments include Leasing and Outright Sales. The Company owns and operates two Prozone Malls, which are shopping centers in Aurangabad and Coimbatore. In Aurangabad, the Company has over 600,000 square feet (sq ft) of retail space. In Coimbatore, the Company has 500,000 sq ft retail space. Its subsidiaries include Alliance Mall Developers Co Private Limited, Empire Mall Private Limited, Hagwood Commercial Developers Private Limited, Prozone lntu Developers Private Limited, Kruti Multitrade Private Limited, Prozone Liberty International Limited, Omni Infrastructure Private Limited, and Prozone Developers and Realtors Private Limited.
