ProCredit Bank Sh.a announced that it will issue 2,600,000 ordinary shares at a price of Ç5 per share for gross proceeds of Ç13,000,000 on November 14, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor ProCredit Holding AG & Co. KGaA, to retain 100% stake in the company.
The transaction has been approved by North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission. The current share capital of the company is Ç14,700,000.
