AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

OF THE COMPANY

References are made to the circular of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (the "Company") dated March 4, 2021 and the announcement of the Company dated March 25, 2021 in relation to the 2020 annual general meeting of the Company held on March 25, 2021 (the "AGM").

Pursuant to the approval of the special resolution regarding the proposed amendments to the articles of association of the Company (the "Articles of Association") at the AGM, the Company has made the amendments to the Articles of Association.

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company hereby announces that, the Company has received the Approval of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on the Amendments to the Articles of Association of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2021] No.411), and has completed the relevant registration procedures with the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality on June 17, 2021.
