The mandate of Mr. Željko Klaus, employee representative at the Supervisory Board of Petrokemija d.d., expires on 30 July 2019.
At the 19th meeting held on 18 July 2019, the Workers' Council acting in Petrokemija d.d. pursuant to the powers under Article 164 of the Labor Act and in accordance with Article 26 of the Rules of Procedure of the Workers' Council in Petrokemija d.d. adopted a decision on the appointment of Željko Klaus, Husain, Petra Zrinskog 31, 44320 Kutina, PIN 86607606361, as a member of the Supervisory Board of Petrokemija, d.d. Kutina to act as a workers' representative, for a term of 4 (four) years. The mandate of the appointed member starts on 31 July 2019.
