Padtec announces creation of Platforms and Solutions Executive Board

Campinas/SP, November 21, 2022 - PADTEC HOLDING S.A. (B3: PDTC3) ("Company" or "Padtec") informs its shareholders and the market in general of the creation of a new (non-statutory) executive board focused on the area of telecommunications services, solutions and platforms. With this, the Company seeks to make its service unit even more strategic and transform it into a functional area for the development of platforms and complete solutions for the telecommunications sector, in order to monitor - and even anticipate - the evolution of the market.

For the new position, Padtec appointed Mr. Alexandre Piovesan, who since 2016 had been managing the field service area, commanding the team responsible for conducting the activities of installation, operation and maintenance of telecommunications networks in Brazil and abroad. "It is with great enthusiasm that I take on the challenge of boosting this unit at this time of important transformations for Padtec," says the new director. The commercial services department, the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Padtec's field operations areas will be part of the Platforms and Solutions executive board.

One of the main missions that the new executive board has ahead is to continue to conduct Padtec's activities with a focus on offering telecommunications services as a resource to guarantee quality to communication networks and increasingly replicable and scalable solutions. Mr. Piovesan is a systems analyst graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUC) and holds an Executive MBA in Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of operations and services, working in large companies in the telecommunications sector - such as Embratel.

Padtec's executive board is also formed by Carlos Raimar Schoeninger (Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations Officer), Argemiro Sousa (Chief Business Officer), Roberto Nakamura (Chief Technology Officer), Patricia Iqueda (Chief Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer), Ramon Pereira (Chief Financial Officer), and Manuel Andrade, CEO of Padtec North America and non-statutory director of International Operations.
