Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it has today issued and allotted 12,500 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') following an exercise of options ('Options') by a certain employee of the Company. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 12,500 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ('Admission') and it is expected that Admission will take place and that trading will commence on AIM on 31 December 2019.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 125,639,658 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 125,639,658.
