Ottakringer Getraenke AG is an Austria-based holding company engaged in the beverage industry. The Company operates through four business segments: Brewery, Mineral Water, Trade and Services, and Corporate. The Brewery segment comprises the activities of Ottakringer Brauerei AG, an independent brewing company offering a variety of beers under the brands Ottakringer, Gold Fassl and non-alcoholic Null Komma Josef, as well as craft beers. The Mineral Water Segment comprises the activities of Voeslauer Mineralwasser AG, a water-bottling company and producer of flavored waters and ice teas under the Voeslauer brand. The Trade and Services segment includes the activities of Trinkservice GmbH, the logistic operator of the Group and its partners, providing drink delivery and warehousing services, and Del Fabro & Kolarik & GmbH, an Austria-wide beverage wholesaler and full-service provider of a wide range of national and international beers, soft drinks, wines and spirits, among others.
