OTP Banka Slovensko as is a Slovakia-based bank, which operates as a universal bank with a full foreign exchange license on the Slovak market and through its correspondent banks on the foreign markets. The Bank's business is divided into three segments: Retail customers, providing consumer loans, mortgage loans, general-purpose loans, term deposits, saving accounts and credit and payment cards for individuals; Corporate customers, providing overdraft facilities, European union Agro loans for small, medium and large enterprises; and Treasury, including trading with securities, trading with derivate instruments, trading on money markets, management of the Bank's liquidity and investment portfolio on the Bank's account. In addition, it offers e-banking, mobile banking and call center services. The bank provides its services through a network of branches throughout Slovakia. The Bank's major shareholder is OTP Bank Nyrt Budapest, based in Hungary.
