Osisko Green Acquisition Limited is a Canada-based special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC). The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting, directly or indirectly, an acquisition of one or more businesses or assets, by way of a merger, amalgamation, arrangement, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or any other similar business combination involving the Corporation (a qualifying acquisition). The Company intends to merge with companies that are providing the resources, which seeks to allow the global economy to shift away from fossil fuels and towards less carbon-intensive forms of energy and infrastructure.
