The Board of Directors of OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company) (registered seat: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 59.; company registration number: 01-10-042533;hereinafter referred to as: Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that on 15th October 2021, HUNGUEST Hotels Szállodaipari Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 14 Hattyú Street, Budapest HU-1015;company registration number: 13-10-041729;tax identification number: 12155169-2-44;'HUNGUEST Hotels') as a company included in the consolidation of the Company, - not obliged to publish ordinary and extraordinary announcement - sold the 100% stake of Holiday Resort Kreischberg-Murau G.m.b.H. (registered seat: Kreischberg 2, 8861 St. Georgen ob Murau, Ausztria; registration number: FN269112d; European unique identifier: ATBRA.269112-000)exclusively owned by HUNGUEST Hotels.

The above hotels have different characteristics compared to the high-capacity hotels with direct bath connection, which make up the majority of HUNGUEST Hotels Zrt.'s portfolio, therefore their sales contribute to the development of a more uniform product range, and the proceeds from the sale provide a source of funding for developments and acquisitions.
