Nidec Corporation (TSE:6594) agreed to acquire Pama SpA for ¥9.19 billion on November 29, 2022. The deal is estimated to be worth ¥15 billion. Nidec plans to purchase all shares and retain the management team.
Pama has annual sales of about ¥15 billon ($108 million).
