Netflix is giving a glimpse of the new film A Classic Horror Story.

The streaming service shared a trailer for the upcoming Italian horror film Wednesday.

The preview follows a group of carpoolers who crash and find themselves in the middle of a forest. The group comes across an abandoned house and discover it is the home of an unmentionable cult.

"How did they get there? What really happened after the accident? Who are the masked creatures depicted on the paintings in the house? Will they be able to trust each other to try and get out of the nightmare they have been trapped in?" an official synopsis reads.

The new movie seemingly features common horror film elements but asks viewers to "look again."

A Classic Horror Story is directed by Roberto De Feo and Paolo Strippoli. The film stars Matilda Lutz, Francesco Russo, Peppino Mazzotta, Yulia Sobol, Will Merrick, Alida Baldari Calabria and Cristina Donadio.

The movie was shot in Puglia and Rome.

A Classic Horror Story will be screened in competition at the Taormina Film Festival, which begins June 27. The film will premiere July 14 on Netflix.
