Global Portfolio Investments SL acquired 8% stake in NBI Bearings Europe, S.A. (BME:NBI) from Roberto Martínez and Antonio Gonzalo on April 6, 2021. As reported, Roberto Martínez, Executive President of NBI Bearings Europe sold 723,700 shares while Antonio Gonzalo, Vice President of Sales sold 285,221 shares. GVC Gaesco brokered the deal.
