NatWest Group PLC said Wednesday it expects it will book a 325 million-pound ($413.9 million) charge in the third quarter as a result of its tender offer.

The U.K. bank said it has accepted $1.98 billion in aggregate principal amount of securities that were tendered.

It noted the final charge to income in the quarter will be dependent on foreign-exchange rate movements.
