SIF Muntenia SA, by its Investment Manager SAI Muntenia Investment SA, informs the investors that in the file case no. 18956/3/2021 pending before the Bucharest Tribunal, Civil Section VI, having as object an action to establish absolute nullity of the S.G.O.M. Decisions no. 1- 10 of SIF Muntenia SA from 28.04.2021, SIF Muntenia being defendant and plaintiffs being Behboud Madadi, Alexandru Ionel Secară, Florian Munteanu and Andrei Viorel Orlando, on trial term 17.01.2022 the trial was postponed for 28.02.2022.
