Proposed Bonus	Bonus shares in the ratio of One (1) for every eight (8) shares held by Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on July 1, 2022, subject to the approval of the appropriate Regulatory Authorities.
Closure of Register	The Register of Members will be closed from Monday, July 4, 2022, to Friday, July 8, 2022 [both dates inclusive].
Qualification Date	July 1, 2022
Payment Date	Nil
E-Dividend Registration	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the Company website:http://www.mrsoilnigplc.netor at www. firstregistrarsnigeria.com/download-forms complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
