BUDAPEST, June 24 (Reuters) - Russian gas flows to Hungary from Serbia have been halted between June 21 and 28 due to planned maintenance on the Turkish Stream pipeline, Hungarian gas pipeline network operator FGSZ said in an emailed reply to Reuters on Friday.

FGSZ said its Serbian partner Gastrans informed the company that "due to planned maintenance the capacities of the Serbian-Hungarian interconnector will be limited between June 21 and 28 and in this period gas cannot be shipped to Hungary from the direction of Serbia."

FGSZ said the decision about the maintenance on certain sections of Turkish Stream was made in December 2021.
