Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT Plc Appoints Sarah Clark as Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Investment Committee, A Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Management Engagement Committee

The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announced the appointment of Sarah Clark as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Sarah has broad international commercial experience in a variety of industries including travel, retail, financial services, fintech and e-commerce in markets spanning Europe, the USA, and the Middle East and Africa combined with a deep understanding of digital technologies. Her experience ranges from running Central Europe, the Middle East & Africa at PayPal Inc. to setting up and running European subsidiaries of North American start-ups, LootCrate and Clearco, one of the largest providers of revenue-based finance to ecommerce businesses.

The Board looks forward to welcoming Sarah's depth of knowledge to the Company. The Board also appoints Sarah as Chair of the Investment Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Management Engagement Committee with immediate effect.
