Dear Valued Stakeholders,

As the world continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to reassure you that MISC Group's priority is to continue to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, whilst providing the highest quality of services and safe operation of our assets with minimal disruption to our customers and stakeholders.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to those who have been affected directly and indirectly by this global pandemic and we would like to state our appreciation to all who have contributed selflessly in the fight against this life-threatening virus.

As a global business with offices and sites across various geographies, we are committed to operate in accordance to the safety and health procedures and governing rules of the respective government authorities as we navigate ourselves through this period. For example, in relation to our businesses that operate out of Malaysia, the Government of Malaysia had announced on 16th March 2020 that the implementation of the Movement Control Order ('Order') throughout the country will take effect on 18th to 31st March 2020 to address the COVID-19 outbreak. The Order restricts mass movement, gatherings across the country including the shutdown of all government and private premises except those categorized as essential services in Malaysia. Vessel and FPSO operations, which are part of MISC Group's core business, are classified as essential services.

As health and safety has always been our top priorities, MISC is committed to provide a safe and conducive working environment to all our employees at sea and shore across the Group. Across the MISC Group of companies, we have activated a Pandemic Response Team (PRT) reporting to HSSE Council, which is Chaired by President and Group CEO for MISC Group with members made up of all Vice Presidents, MD/CEOs of Subsidiaries and Head of Group HSSE.

Under the guidance of HSSE Council, PRT and HSSE teams have undertaken a series of response measures considering international, national and regional level responses, health threat assessment, risk of infection during commutes, medical response capabilities and the need to maintain business continuity across the countries that we operate in.

It is indeed challenging for our organization as we continue to operate across the globe, rest assured we remain committed across the MISC Group to provide the required services and safe operation of our assets with minimal disruption during this period.

As a global corporate citizen, we are actively contributing towards the curtailment of this pandemic. In our effort to activate social distancing widely, we have encouraged our staff across the globe to work safely from home if there is no business requirement for them to be at site. We have asked our global workforce to practice the strictest level of hygiene and social distancing to break the chain of infection. Everyone's commitment counts now as one less infected person means that we are a step closer to flatten the curve of infection.

We believe that with your kind understanding and continuous support, together we will be able to overcome this global pandemic crisis and steer our way through this difficult and challenging period.

MISC Group would like to wish you, your colleagues, friends and family the very best in this global fight against the disastrous pandemic threat. Let us all put our hearts and minds together as we navigate through this very disheartening period.

Sincerely,

YEE YANG CHIEN

President/Group CEO
