During April 2020 the number of shares and votes in MIPS AB (”MIPS”) has changed due to the exercise of warrants within the company's two incentive programs which were adopted by the extraordinary general meeting on 1 February 2017. This has resulted in 58,750 new shares and votes in the company.

As of 30 April 2020, there is thus in total 26,183,620 shares and the same number of votes in MIPS.
