Metrovacesa S A : will invest more than 18.8 million euros for the launch of Torre Arenal, its new development in Seville.

Seville, 28 July 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain's leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history, has begun marketing Torre Arenal, a new real estate project located in the sustainable neighbourhood of Palmas Altas, south of Los Bermejales, covering 67 hectares on the left bank of the Guadaíra River, in a large corridor that will form part of the city's green ring.
