Medika dd is a Croatia-based joint stock company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. The Company’s principal activity is the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products, such as human and veterinary drugs, medical equipment and supplies, dietetic, cosmetic, hygienic, dental and other products. The Company’s distribution channel comprises, among others, pharmacies, which include private and local self-government pharmacies, and hospitals include clinical, general and special hospitals. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was a parent entity of Medica Group, consisting six subsidiaries, such as ZU Ljekarne Prima Pharme, Primus nekretnine doo, ZU Ljearna Delonga, ZU Ljekarna Ines Skoko, ZU Ljekarna Atalic and Ljekarna Dragica Blagus Vicanovic.
