END OF THE PERIOD FOR EXERCISING THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT AS A RESULT OF THE RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER THE REGISTERED OFFICE ABROAD, APPROVED ON 23 JUNE 2021

WITHDRAWAL EXERCISED WITH REGARD TO NO. 3,881 SHARES, REPRESENTING

0.00033% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL

PURCHASE BY MEDIASET S.P.A. OF THE SHARES REGARDING THE WITHDRAWAL

Following what was last announced on 1° July 2021, it is noted that the period provided for by the law for the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 2437, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Civil Code, pertaining to shareholders who did not participate in the approval of the resolution passed by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Mediaset S.p.A. (the "Company") of 23 June 2021, which approved the transfer of the Company's registered office to Amsterdam, Holland - the Netherlands and the adoption of new articles of association compliant with Dutch law (the "Transfer") ended on 16 July 2021.

Based on the communications received by the Company as of today's date, the right of withdraw has been validly exercised on a total of 3,881 shares of the Company, for a total settlement value of EUR 7,300.16.

Therefore, the first of the conditions precedent to which the completion of the Transfer is subject has been fulfilled, as described in the report of the Company's board of directors drawn-up pursuant to art. 125-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and art. 72 of the Regulations adopted by way of CONSOB resolution no 11971/99, published on the Company's website (https://corporate.mediaset.it) on 21 May 2021.

With regards to the procedure for the liquidation of the shares subject to withdrawal, the Company acknowledged that the small number of shares render impracticable the rights' offer (offerta in opzione) and the subsequent placement to third parties by way of offer on the market pursuant to art. 2437-quater, paragraphs 1, 2 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code.

Therefore, the Company decided to provide for the immediate reimburse of such shares by purchasing them pursuant to art. 2437-quater, paragraph 5 of the Italian Civil Code, without having to wait for the completion of the Transfer.
