The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Maxi-Cash Financial Services Corporation Ltd (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Ms Eng Seok Cheng Magdalene ("Ms Eng") had tendered her resignation as the Assistant Brand Director on 2 August 2021. Her last day with the Company is on 1 October 2021. She is leaving the Group to pursue other career opportunities.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Ms Eng for her valuable contributions during her tenure and wish her well in her future endeavour.

The Company wishes to announce that on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee of the Company, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Lim Poh Meng ("Mr Lim") as the Merchandising Director and Ms Toh Yen Hoon ("Ms Toh") as the Retail & Marketing Director with effect from 1 October 2021.

The Company wishes to announce that Ms Phua Hue Tian ("Ms Phua"), the Assistant Merchandising Director, will cease to be a Key Management Personnel ("KMP") of the Company. Ms Phua will continue with her role and assist the incoming Merchandising Director, Mr Lim in gold product management and product procurement for the Group.

Details of Ms Eng's resignation as the Assistant Brand Director, appointments of Mr Lim as the Merchandising Director and Ms Toh as the Retail & Marketing Director as required under Rule 704(6) of the Catalist Rules, are released in separate announcements today.
