OSAGE BEACH, MISSOURI, August 12, 2022 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Days Inn Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks, a 69-room hospitality property located in Osage Beach, Missouri, according to Dave Saverin, regional manager of the firm's St. Louis office. The asset sold for $2,825,000.
Andy Howren and Alexandre Duong, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's St. Louis and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a partnership, was secured and represented by Alexandre Duong and Andy Howren.
