Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 44,850-Square Foot Retail Property

EDINBURG, TEXAS, September 28, 2022 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Concord Plaza, a 44,850-square foot retail property located in Edinburg, Texas, according to Bruce E. Bentley III, regional manager of the firm's Austin office.
Coleman Solomon, Joseph Blanga and Wes Peacock, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was procured by Solomon, Blanga and Peacock.
"We ran a targeted marketing campaign resulting in a six-offer situation," said Solomon. "Our team awarded the deal to a very qualified buyer out of California in a 1031 Exchange, putting hard money day one. Buyer is thrilled with his new ownership and Seller is excited to move on to his next project."
Concord Plaza is located at 4113 S Sugar Rd in Edinburg, Texas.
