Malta International Airport p.l.c is engaged in the development, operation and management of Malta International Airport. The Company operates through three segments: Airport, Retail and Property, and Other. The Airport segment includes activities carried out by an airport. These services include revenue from airport regulated fees, aviation concessions and persons with reduced mobility and their associated costs. This segment includes the operations and maintenance of terminal, runways, taxiways and aircraft parks. The Retail and Property segment includes services supporting airport operations, including operation of retail outlets within airport perimeter, advertising sites and rental of offices, warehouses and income from running of very important person (VIP) lounges. The Other segment consists of miscellaneous income and disbursement fees from third parties. Its subsidiaries include Airport Parking Limited, Sky Parks Development Limited and Sky Parks Business Centre Limited.
