The Company’s Power generation segment includes power generation subsidiaries under First Gen Corporation (First Gen). The Company’s Real estate development segment is engaged in residential and commercial real estate development and leasing of Rockwell Land and sale of industrial lots and leasing of ready-built factories by First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) and First Industrial Township, Inc. The Company’s Energy Solutions segment includes the business of PI Energy, FP Island Energy Corporation and First Philippine Electric Corporation. The Company’s Construction and other services is engaged in the construction, geothermal well drilling, oil transporting, securities transfer services, investment holdings, financing and others.
