Log-In Anuncia Aquisição de Dois Navios Porta-Contêineres

A Log-In - Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In" ou "Companhia" - B3: LOGN3), em atendimento ao disposto no artigo 157, §4°, da Lei nº 6.404/76, e na Instrução nº 358/02 da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, vem informar aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, no dia 13 de outubro de 2021, firmou acordo de compra de dois navios porta- contêineres. As novas embarcações serão construídas no estaleiro chinês Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard Co. e o valor da transação foi US$42,6 milhões para cada embarcação, a serem pagos ao longo dos principais marcos contratuais até as entregas das mesmas.

Os navios contam com capacidade nominal de 3.158 TEUs (Twenty-footEquivalent Unit) cada um e a previsão de entrega é de dezembro de 2023 e maio de 2024, respectivamente. As embarcações possuem, cada uma, comprimento total de 199,98m e boca de 35,2m. A capacidade efetiva projetada de transporte das embarcações é, aproximadamente, 25% maior do que a capacidade do Log-In Polaris, o navio mais moderno da Companhia, porém com performance similar de consumo de combustível por contar com tecnologia mais atual e eficiente, auxiliando na redução de emissão de poluentes por TEU transportado.

MATERIAL FACT

Log-In Announces Acquisition of Two Containerships

Log-In - Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In", "Company" - B3: LOGN3), in compliance with the provisions of article 157, paragraph 4, of Rule No. 6.404/76, and Instruction No. 358/02 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on October 13, 2021, it signed an agreement to purchase two containerships. The new vessels will be built at the Chinese shipyard Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard Co. and the transaction value was US$42.6 million for each vessel, to be paid over the main contractual milestones until their deliveries.

The ships have a nominal capacity of 3,158 TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit) each and the delivery is scheduled for December 2023 and May 2024, respectively. Each of the vessels have a total length of 199.98m and a beam of 35.2m. The projected effective transport capacity of the vessels is approximately 25% greater than the capacity of the Log-In Polaris, the Company's most modern vessel to date, but with similar fuel consumption performance as it has the latest and most efficient technology, helping in reducing the emission of pollutants per transported TEU.

The acquisition of new vessels is a major milestone in the process of sustainable growth and fleet modernization.
