LHV : Business hours of LHV during the Christmas holidays and on New Year’s Eve

Due to the approaching holidays, there will be changes to the business hours of LHV Bank, which we ask our clients to consider when planning financial matters.

During the holidays, i.e. from 24-27 December and on 1 January, the LHV offices are closed. On 31 December, the Tartu office is open from 8:00-14:00 and the Tallinn office from 9:00-16:00. Those who call us at the customer support number 6 800 400 will be assisted by our partner at that time.

Internal bank payments and instant payments between banks will take place as usual. However, please keep in mind that European payments will not be processed on 25 December and 1 January, and the arrival of those payments will be extended by the length of the non-working days.

Cross-border payments will not be processed from 24-25 December. On 23 and 31 December, cross-border payments will only be processed until 14:00 and express and expedited payments until 10:30. Due to holidays in Russia, payments in Russian roubles will not be processed from 1-8 January.

On 24 December, brokers are working from 15:00 until the closing of the US markets. On 23 and 24 December, it is possible to make the LHV Trader and Broker payments until 14:00.

On 25 December and 1 January, markets will be closed and brokers will be resting. The LHV Trader or Broker payments will also not be processed on those days. On 31 December, the US and Canadian stock exchange orders will be forwarded until 20:00. The Trader and Broker payments will then be processed until 14:00.
