Kimlun Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's operating segments include Construction; Manufacturing and trading of construction materials and provision of quarry services; Investment holding, and Property development. Its businesses include construction and engineering, industrial building systems, precast concrete, property development and quarry products. The construction and engineering services comprise of both building and infrastructure construction services. These include the construction of shop houses, low and high-rise residential buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, and infrastructure construction of highways, bridges, interchanges, flyovers roads and drainage. The Precast Concrete Division, helmed by SPC Industries Sdn Bhd (SPC), is engaged in manufacturing concrete products needed for any construction and building project. Its subsidiaries include Kimlun Sdn. Bhd., Kimlun Land Sdn. Bhd., and Kii Amber Sdn. Bhd.
